Designed by a team of Structural Engineers to meet/exceed residential building codes the system is simple to install and completely customizable. (This is not a temporary jack.) The tube steel can be field cut to meet your exact needs and the adjustment screw provides a range of 4 inches to fit and adjust your column for the perfect level of support.
Easy Install Joists Support
Installation is as easy as one, two, three. Step one: drill your precast footer block or your poured-in-place footer and mount the base plate using the Trubolt anchor wedges (included). Step two: set it plumb and snug against the beam, attaching the top plate to the wood beam with the provided hardware. Step three: make your final tension adjustments. Done!

Heavy duty product. Worked great for my house settling repair. Saved myself thousands of dollars purchasing this product and installing myself rather that hiring a contractor. Free shipping and great customer service from Crawlspace DIY was a plus.
